My name is Rudolf Chavez.  My greatest achievements and experiences have been helping people attain their personal and professional goals.  This is why I have devoted the past 12 years to working with individuals who are unemployed or in a transition (between jobs) period.  I have experience working with younger individuals who may just be entering the workforce.  I have worked with individuals in personal/family crises.  And individuals who need help in making life changing decisions.  I have worked with at risk youth, both in the lock down facility and in Foster care.

Most important is that I have experienced some of the same issues that I now help others overcome.

I received a BA from California State University Bakersfield, where I majored in Communications and minored in Spanish.  I obtained my Job and Career Transition Coach certification from the Adult Career Network.  I obtained Professional Life Coach certification from the Coach Training Alliance.  I am a trained Facilitator/Licensee for the Get Hired Now! program.
